Terms and Conditions Personalised Products are products that have been printed with a personalised message.
Plain or unpersonalised products are products without over printed messages.
Goods are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised.
All Products must be paid for in advance at the prices quoted at the time of order. We will tell you at the time of order if there is a delivery charge, which must also be paid in advance. The prices and delivery charges quoted are inclusive VAT and other taxes in the country you are ordering from.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information.
We may refuse to reproduce an image after we have accepted your order. We may do this, for example, if we consider the image to be defamatory, obscene or offensive. If we exercise this right you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
The standard of reproduction of printing you submit to Memories In A Flash is affected by the printing process and the quality and dimensions of the image submitted. We endeavour to produce flawless reproductions but cannot fully guarantee exact or flawless reproductions.
Prices and Payment
Our advertised prices are inclusive of VAT delivery costs are shown as an addition. The price of the goods may be changed from the one advertised.
The Customer shall only use one of the following methods of payment for settlement of its accounts:
- Paypal
- Direct Debit;
- Credit Card;
All transactions are processed through the safe and secure paypal.
All payments shall be made in full in pounds sterling. Unless otherwise stated, payments are taken at the point of customer order not on dispatch of goods. Memories In A Flash will not initiate the shipping process until Memories In A Flash confirms that your payment has been received.
Bulk Delivery
All delivery times quoted are estimates only and Memories In A Flash shall not be liable for failure to deliver your items as advised.
Subject to volume and availability, we will despatch product within the days specified to you after receiving and accepting your order.
We charge for all deliveries. Please notify us in advance if you have any special delivery requirements - there may be an additional charge.
In the event that the goods received are damaged or there are discrepancies with the order, these issues must be noted on the carriers delivery note and notification in writing to sales@memoriesinaflash.co.uk within 5 days of receipt.
If you do not receive your goods or they are incomplete, or are the wrong goods, or are damaged when you open them, you must inform our Customer Services Department within 5 days of receipt or expected delivery - email sales@memoriesinaflash.co.uk. Memories In A Flash is not liable for any consequential losses due to delays with freight carriers.
After delivery you are responsible for protecting the goods against loss or damage.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary hardware and software to allow you to open, operate and interpret a Product, and we are not obliged to provide you with any assistance to do so. We are not responsible for any failure or delay in delivering a Product or any damage to a Product, caused in transmission or by your hardware or software.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability to you for any adverse effect a Product may have on your hardware or software, whether as a result of a virus or otherwise. To the extent this exclusion is ineffective or invalid; our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for the relevant Product.
Cancellation
Once the payment is confirmed and accepted by Memories In A Flash, you cannot cancel an order. No refund is allowed unless Memories In A Flash fail to deliver your product and no re-shipment was attempted. No other refunds are accepted. If the User refuses the product, there will be no refund due to the fact services had been performed and there will be no re-shipment attempt unless this is agreed in writing by an authorised representative.
Refunds
In the event that an order can not be processed, a refund will be given. If the reason for the cancellation is not caused by Memories in a Flash, then any financial costs encured will be deducted from the monies refunded. |
