Returns
It is your responsibility to check the goods on delivery. All goods are sold with the benefit of a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. We will accept returns of faulty goods notified to us within 7 days of delivery.
If faulty goods are to be returned to us you must obtain a CRA (Customer Returns Authorisation) from our Customer Services department - sales@memoriesinaflash.co.uk. You must arrange for safe delivery of the Goods, which must be returned in their original packaging. We cannot accept unauthorised returns which do not have an CRA.
If you return goods please ensure that you have backed up your data. We will not be responsible for any data that is lost.
Guarantee
All goods supplied by Memories In A Flash are supplied with 12 month manufacturer’s warranty in respect of all the goods we sell. Please note that we do not provide any warranties ourselves in respect of the goods and we exclude any warranties express or implied by statute, common law or of any other kind.
Memories In A Flash must be notified of in writing of any defects within 5 days of receipt.
Defective goods are to be returned to Memories In A Flash within agreed timescales, the cost to postage lies with the customer.
On receipt of defective goods, Memories In A Flash will examine the items. If it is deemed that the products have been misused, neglected, has been stored incorrectly or tampered with in any way, the guarantee with be void.
During our ordering procedure we obtain personal data relating to the customer. We can assure you that your details will not be disclosed to any third party.
