How long does it take to deliver my order? |
Delivery for the three Memories in a Flash memory sticks on the home page , the Romantic Heart, the Celebration Bottle and the Delightful Wrapper is usually within 28 working days. Providing stock position is full at time of order acknowledgement e-mail, delivery should be fulfilled within 10-14 days.
All other products, unless stated otherwise, will usually be delivered within 28 days.

There is no minimum order quantity on the three main memories in a flash memory sticks on our home page, the Romantic Heart, Celebration Bottle and the Delightful Wrapper. All other memory sticks have a minimum order quantity of 50 units. Other products have the minimum order quantities stated on the individual product page. |

| All our Memories In A Flash memory sticks, overprinted or plain, are covered by a 12 month guarantee against electronic fault. The shell and printing are not covered for wear and tear. |

| All Memories In A Flash memory sticks, printed or plain, come individually boxed in our white standard packaging. Other packaging options are available to purchase through our site. |

| Yes, we are able to print quantities of 1 to 50 and 50+ on the Memories In A Flash Romantic Heart, Celebration Bottle and Delightful Wrapper memory sticks on the home page. All other memory sticks have a minimum order quantity of 50+. |

How many pictures/music can my USB hold? |
| It all depends on the quality and size of your pictures and the size of your music file. |

Refunds? |
| In the event that an order can not be processed, a refund will be given. If the reason for the cancellation is not caused by Memories in a Flash, then any financial costs encured will be deducted from the monies refunded. |
